Cost of flying pr hours flying:

1.000 EUR + VAT. pr.  flying hour 

800 EUR + VAT pr. hour for empty-leg flying

10 min. is added to every logged flight for taxi fuel.
You need your own pilot which comply with the requirements in the insurance police.
Included in the price is Jet-A1 fuel, Enroute taxes, and updated maps in the plane.  You have to pay landing fees, handling and parking wherever you go.
